AH50G2 is an acetal homopolymer composition containing 25% glass fiber, with a viscosity suitable for injection molding applications. This compound is a highly crystalline engineering thermoplastic polymer exhibiting predictable mechanical properties over a wide temperature range and for long time periods. The addition of glass fiber significantly improves rigidity, especially at higher temperatures, as well as dimensional stability. The material also exhibits excellent resistance to the effects of a broad range of chemicals, oils, greases and solvents, as well as extremely low moisture absorption.
